Extension Rendering

Client had purchased above property with an unfinished rear extension.

We advised a traditonal 2 coat render using a scratch & smooth finish.

The gable end stonework had extensive damage due to weathering.

A metal sheet mesh was applied over damaged stonework for the render to adhere too.

Both coats of render had waterproofer & retarder applied to it.
